- "Product" refers to any item available for purchase (yes, even the ones on sale) on Paperlike.com and our marketplaces on Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, etc.
- "Faulty” refers to a product you receive in a damaged condition or that develops defects due to the manufacturing or delivery process.
2. Your product is defective
When reaching out, please add photos and a detailed description of the issue to help us evaluate the situation and make it right.
Apart from our Paperlike promise, any products you purchase are also covered by the European legal guarantee. This guarantee ensures consumers have specific rights in the event of receiving defective goods.
3. You received the wrong product
Once in a while, mistakes happen. If you receive a product you didn't order, we'll gladly facilitate a free exchange. Simply reach out to customer support and describe the issue. We’ll ensure the correct product is sent to you without any additional cost.
4. You’d like a refund.
Instead of just sticking to the standard 14-day cancellation period required by law in some regions, we give everyone 30 days to make sure you love your purchase!
If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied within 30 days from the day you receive your product, tell us.
If we can’t help in any other way, we'll refund the purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery. We want all Paperlikers to feel cared for.

What if the product you received isn't quite right or seems faulty?
