FAQ NoFraud Alert

What or who is NoFraud?

NoFraud is a solution for eCommerce business to prevent fraudulent transactions. Sadly we get increasing numbers of fraudulent orders and decided to work with them to protect ourselves and our legit customers.

How does NoFraud work?

NoFraud automatically checks all transactions and flags the ones that look suspicious. This procedure protects our customers from unauthorized credit card use and us against fraud chargebacks.

Why am I getting an email, call, or text message from NoFraud to confirm a transaction?

NoFraud detected an irregular shopping characteristic or higher risk. We wrote or called you to help you prove that you are the rightful or authorized cardholder and make sure no one used your card illegally.

I confirmed the transaction. What now? Do I have to do something else?

First of all: Thanks for the confirmation. Unless NoFraud needs additional info (they tell you, no worries), that's it. Your order will be processed now.

Does NoFraud ask for personal information?

Nope. They will never ask for a full credit card number, social security number, or any other information.

Will my order be delayed?

In almost all cases, we can release your order as soon as your response is received.

I don't know who you are? Who ordered something in my name??? What do I do?

First, please confirm that the transaction was unauthorized. After that, we recommend you contact your credit card company and inform them that your card has been compromised. Take a moment to review your latest transactions and make sure there is no other fraudulent activity. Your financial institute will probably hold future purchases from the compromised account and issue a new card.
